The location is easy to reach by public transport and you can park for free in front of the door.

What are the payment options?
In the salon you can only pay by pin. It is often the case that an appointment is booked online so 25% has already been paid online,
The other 75% of the treatment can be paid in the salon only by pin.
Can I also pay in installments?
Yes, for our training combination deals it is possible to pay in installments.
Can I take more than one training at Yalou Academy?
Yes, you can use our combination deals. Because you take more than one training, you get a special price. See Yalou Academy's page for more information about the trainings and prices.
Does Yalou Academy provide training abroad?
We will soon be conducting training courses for Microlink Extensions and Silkpress abroad. Please sign up on the Yalou Academy page if you are interested. The more applications we receive, the more likely we are to conduct trainings in your country

Our training are suited for both novice and experienced hairdressing professionals looking to expand and deepen their skills. Whether you are just beginning to learn new techniques such as microlink extensions and silkpress, or want to refine and perfect your existing knowledge, our trainings offer valuable insights and hands-on experience. We encourage you to contact us for a personal consultation so we can discuss your needs and goals and recommend the best training for you
When do the trainings for Microlink Extensions, Silkpress and Goaldigger session take place?
We do not have set dates for our trainings. Together with you, we will set a date if you want 1-on-1 training.
If you want training in a group, a date will be set based on the number of applications and the availability of everyone.
For training dates abroad, they will be posted on our website and social media channels.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed, natural hair that comes directly from the donor. It is usually collected from one person and has all cuticles intact in the same direction.
This type of hair does not undergo chemical treatments, such as dyeing, bleaching or texturizing. It is pure and remains in its natural state, in terms of color, texture and condition. A Raw hair is of the highest quality because it is completely natural and has not undergone any treatments that can damage the hair structure. Because of this, it is more expensive than virgin hair and usually requires more care to keep it in good condition.
Virgin hair is also raw hair that comes from a single donor, with all cuticles facing the same direction. The difference lies mainly in the degree of processing after collection.
Processing: Although virgin hair is not chemically treated, it may have been rinsed or steamed to get it into a uniform texture. It has not undergone chemical treatments such as dyes or perms.
Virgin hair is high quality and retains its natural strength and shine, but it may be slightly less pure than raw hair because it may have undergone some light treatments to improve its texture.

Traditional sew in/Leave out sew - 3 bundels
Can I color my hair extension bundles?
Yes, we recommend having this done by a professional or consulting a professional about it. Chemically treating the hair can potentially cause damage, although our hair extensions can handle a coloring process well.
What is your return policy?

Do you offer international shipping?
When purchasing products from Yalou Ensemble, shipping is only possible within the Netherlands (local rate) and Belgium (20).
