Salon policy

How nice of you to book an appointment at Yalou Ensemble! To make the appointment as good and easy as possible for you and us, please read the house rules below:
 
Be on time: Of course it is possible that due to circumstances you will be a little late, if this is the case please contact us as soon as possible. If you don't, the appointment will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes.
 
Deposit: When booking an appointment all clients (existing and new) must make a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the appointment. Only when this deposit is paid the appointment is fixed and you will receive a confirmation. If the appointment cannot take place due to circumstances, your down payment will be kept for a next time (within 2 months after the original date). The deposit is not refundable. If you have purchased extensions and no deposit was made, your extensions will be ready for the appointment as a deposit. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you must pay the cancellation fee (25% of the appointment), after which you can pick up the extensions or have them sent to you.

Do not bring children under 13 to your appointment: during the treatment you will not always be able to keep an eye on the children. The salon stands for rest and relaxation, in addition there is equipment and materials present which can be dangerous for children.
For this reason, Yalou Ensemble is an adult only salon.

Squeeze in: Would you like to book a treatment outside regular opening hours? This is possible, but there is an extra charge of €37,50. Please contact us at +31683937660 for the possibilities

Not satisfied: It may happen that you are not satisfied, of course we do everything possible to prevent this. Given the time and products put into your treatment, it is not possible to get a refund. Please contact us within 72 hours and together we will look for an appropriate solution.
